An open-air showroom rather than a shop: a yard where the things are standing up and you can walk round them. Solarii Oltenia has been at it sixteen years, ISO 9001 on the banner, and sells the whole domestic list — greenhouses, aluminium canopies, carports and pergolas, photovoltaic fencing, roof systems, LiFePO4 batteries and inverters. What makes it worth a look even if you are not buying is that it shows what a Romanian household is being sold in 2026, and at what price, without a website in the way.
A 600 W N-type bifacial panel — Powitt Solar, monocrystalline, double toughened glass, 30-year linear power warranty, 23.23% quoted efficiency — was 350 lei plus VAT in September 2026, with the panel itself used as the sign. That is the number to carry away: it is what a residential-grade panel costs over the counter here.
A stainless thermosiphon unit with evacuated tubes, of the kind that sits on roofs from Greece to Vietnam: no pump, no electronics, the tank above the tubes and the sun does the rest. This one carries a different name and number from the banners — panourisolareoltenia.ro — so it may be a second firm sharing the plot; ask which desk you want.
Canopies and carports in aluminium and polycarbonate are the other half of the business — entrance porches, terrace covers, bioclimatic pergolas with adjustable slats. The banners are the catalogue; the yard is the sample.
