It is here because the building works: the air conditioning genuinely cools, the tables are clean, the toilets function, there is room to sit for an hour with a laptop, and none of that is as easy to find in Craiova as it should be. Order at the touch kiosks or the counter, a screen calls your number, and the terrace outside runs misting nozzles along the edge in summer, which drops the temperature under the parasols by several degrees. There is a Playland for children on the terrace side, and the McCafé counter inside is a separate operation with its own barista. Run by Premier Restaurants Romania.
