Why the prices are on the captions
Every price here was read off the ticket in the counter on the day the photograph was taken. That is the only kind of price this page carries: no menu quoted from a website, nothing rounded, nothing remembered. It also means every figure goes out of date. Use them for the shape of what things cost — a croissant is teens of lei, a tray bake is tens per kilo — rather than as a quote.
How this page grows
Photographs go on as they are taken, newest at the end, in no order but the order they happened. If you recognise something unlabelled, or a price has clearly moved, say so on the contact page and it is corrected in the next build.
