Street-food trailer on the plaza beside Electroputere Mall, opened 12 August 2026 and staying until August 2027. High-protein cooking with no sugar and no oil — chicken and shrimp wraps, smash burgers, oil-free fries, tacos and protein pancakes, with weight, macros and calories printed against every item on the board. Standing barrels outside, cards accepted.
The chips come out of a pair of domestic Philips air fryers standing on the counter — there is no oil bath anywhere in the unit, which is why the menu can say oil-free and mean it rather than mean lightly fried. My verdict: they taste better than the deep-fried version, not merely acceptable for something without oil. Nothing sits waiting either, because each basket is a batch.
Raul runs the trailer, and the board is not decoration — he knows the weight, the protein and the calories on every line because he built the menu around them. Tell him what you are training for or what you are trying to cut, and he will walk you through which wrap or which burger stack actually gets you there, and what to swap the chips for.
